Shipping Policy

At Sumufelder, most of our items are made to order with care. Because each piece is prepared specially for you, please allow 1–3 weeks for us to make your item before it is shipped.

Processing Time

Most orders require 1–3 weeks for production. Once your item is ready, we will carefully package it and send you your tracking details.

UK Shipping

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–3 business days.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Standard with tracking.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or customs delays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change the address once the order has been dispatched.
